Gas Safety Inspection - covers up to three appliances Additional appliances	£125 + £10 per open flue or chimney (if applicable) £50 each
Gas servicing of water heater, boiler, or fire	*£125 for standard service
Periodic Electrical Inspection to BS7671 Domestic premises: Additional circuits Commercial and Industrial	£165 for up to 6 circuits £15 per circuit
Routine Electrical Inspection	*£145 for up to eight rooms, extra rooms add £15 per room
Portable Appliance Testing – PAT	*£75 for first 10 Items next 10 items @ £4.50 each next 100 items @ £2.50 each 100 + please contact us
Fit gas or electric cooker, hob, or oven	From £75
Disconnect and cap off gas appliance Additional appliances	£55 £50
* Available at £115 when taken with any other inspection or service for example, Gas Safety Inspection + Boiler Service is £115 + £135 = £250
Please Note: Our prices include an allowance for traveling and parking. However, they may be subject to a travel supplement if premises are more than 10 miles from our London office. Similarly, for areas with high parking costs, such as the City Centre and Airports, parking fees and congestion charge will be charged at cost.
